Bring the family and learn the ultimate baker's secret: the "Rough Puff" method. In this hands-on workshop, we are skipping the multi-hour wait times of traditional pastry and making an authentic, scratch-made laminated dough in minutes. You’ll cut cold plant butter into flour, perform quick envelope folds, and watch your pastry puff into paper-thin, flaky layers in the oven. We’ll stuff them with a scratch-made summer berry compote to make classic turnovers, and whip up a quick, yeast-free sweet bread loaf while they bake!
What’s Included: Hot turnovers fresh from the oven and a sweet quick bread loaf to take home.
