When do orders ship out?

Orders for shipping can only be placed 7 days a week. In order to guarantee they are freshly prepared we shipped out on Monday and Wednesday, helping avoid weekend delays or extended time in transit.

Orders placed on Friday by 7pm EST will be shipped out on Monday.

When should I expect my shipping order?

All of treats are freshly baked to order. We use USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 2-3 business days after processing.

To ensure your order arrives as fresh as possible. We only ship on Monday and Wednesday to help protect the quality.

Can I pick-up locally?

We love seeing you! Here’s what you need to know about picking up your fresh order:

1. Standard Pickup: Our scheduled pickup window is Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.

2. Event Pickup: You can also collect your order during any of our public events. Check out our calendar for details: Events

Important Ordering Rules:

  • Plan Ahead: We need time to prep and bake your goods, so please place your order a minimum of one full day in advance. (i.e: If you place your order on Tuesday at 2p you are able to pick up as early as Wednesday at 3p.)

How do you handle allergies?

We know that ingredient transparency is important! While our Plant Batter baked goods are made without common allergens like dairy and eggs, they are prepared in a kitchen that also processes:

  • Wheat
  • Soy
  • Tree Nuts

Although we follow strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can discuss the best options for your needs.

As a small-batch bakery, Plant Batter operates under the State of Florida's Cottage Food Law. We are committed to transparency and want all of our customers to be well-informed before making a purchase.

  • Home-Prepared: Our products are proudly baked and packaged in a home kitchen that is not a licensed or inspected commercial food establishment.
  • Allergen Environment: As noted in our main Allergen Safety Reminder, this kitchen handles major allergens including Wheat, Soy, and, Tree Nuts. While we take measures to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  • Direct Sales Only: By law, we can only sell our cottage food products directly to you, the end consumer. We cannot sell our goods wholesale, to restaurants, or to grocery stores for resale.
