Orders & Delivery

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery to select areas. Delivery options and availability will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! We offer pickup at our bakery locations. Simply select pickup at checkout and choose your preferred date and time.

How far in advance should I place an order?
For regular items, we recommend ordering at least 24-48 hours in advance. For custom orders or large quantities, please allow 3-5 days notice.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship many of our products! Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship orders out on Mondays to ensure your products arrive fresh and delicious. 

Ingredients & Allergens

Are all your products vegan?
Yes! Everything we make is 100% plant-based and vegan. We never use eggs, dairy, or any animal products.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
We offer select gluten-free items. Please check individual product descriptions or contact us for current gluten-free availability.

What about other allergens?
Our products may contain nuts, soy, and wheat. We work in a facility that handles these allergens. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Can I see a full ingredient list?
Yes! Contact us about any specific product and we'll be happy to provide detailed ingredient information.

Product Information

How long do your baked goods stay fresh?
Most items are best enjoyed within 2-3 days when stored properly at room temperature. Some items can be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage.

How should I store my order?
Store most items in an airtight container at room temperature. Some products may require refrigeration.

Can I freeze your products?
Yes! Most of our baked goods freeze well. Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature when ready to enjoy.

Custom Orders & Catering

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love creating desserts and catering for special events. Please contact us with your request and we'll work with you to create something special.

What's the minimum notice for custom orders?
We typically need at least 1-2 weeks notice for custom and catering orders, especially during busy seasons.

Do you offer catering services?
Yes! We can provide full service catering for events, parties, and corporate functions. Contact us to discuss your catering needs.

Classes & Camps

How do I register for a class or camp?
Browse our Camps & Classes collection, select the class you'd like to attend, and complete checkout. You'll receive confirmation details via email.

What's your cancellation policy for classes?
Please contact us at least 48 hours before the class start time for cancellations or rescheduling. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Do I need to bring anything to class?
We provide all ingredients and equipment! Just bring yourself and an appetite to learn. We'll send a confirmation email with any specific details.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions in classes?
Most of our classes are vegan! If you have additional dietary needs or allergies, please let us know in the cart notes at checkout or contact us in advance.

Who can attend camps and classes? 

Camps are built for kids 5 and up. 

Classes are for all ages and skill levels. 

Payment & Gift Cards

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase and make perfect gifts for the baking enthusiasts in your life.

Do gift cards expire?
Our gift cards do not expire and can be used for any products or classes.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll resolve the issue.
