Description:
Step into our bakery lounge for an evening dedicated to the finer things in baking. Tonight, we focus on the meticulous science of the "tender crumb"—learning how to create incredibly moist, luxurious, and dense teacake cookies completely egg-free. We’ll be recreating two of our signature storefront stars: our Almond Glazed Spiced Teacake and the Blueberry Glazed Lemon Teacake. You’ll master the art of plant-based emulsions, natural flavor extraction, and pouring a picture-perfect glaze.
What’s Included: A teacake cookies of your own and a botanical tea pairing during class.
